Gunjan Gupta is a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company. She is an associate member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretary of India); Commerce graduate from Teerthanker Mahaveer University and Law graduate from Rohilkhand University.
She has experience in handling Secretarial work & Compliance Matters. She is a Chief advisor to the board of directors on best practices in corporate governance and report to the board about compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act and other applicable provisions of RBI.
She previously ran her own practice, offering expert advice and services to businesses across diverse sectors. During her practice, she gained in-depth knowledge in areas such as corporate law, Due Diligence and Secretarial Audit, Statutory Filing, Company Formation, Documentation and corporate governance.
